Our approach to the strategy was to empower the customer to find a solution to their debt concerns by speaking positively and sympathetically.

The Ocean Finance TV commercial shows customers at home in the midst of everyday chaos whilst appearing serene. This light-hearted tone drives response by targeting the customer’s need for ease and reassurance. Whilst life at times may be chaotic, at least debt isn’t a problem thanks to Ocean Finance.
